Static Caravans - conditions of hire

  1. At times of high demand, the minimum booking is one week either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Out with this time caravans can be hired for shorter periods - min 3 days subject to availability.
  2. Persons under the age of 21 years are not permitted to hire caravans.
  3. A deposit of £50 is required to confirm the booking, the balance being due six weeks before arrival.  If booking is within six weeks of arrival the full amount is payable.
  4. In the event of a cancellation the hirer loses his/her deposit and, unless 14 days clear notice is given, the hirer is liable to pay 75% of the total hiring charge, unless the caravan is re-let for the period cancelled. Sympathy is shown where cancellation is caused by serious illness or accident in which case a doctor's certificate should accompany the notice of cancellation.
  5. the caravan will normally be available for occupancy from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
  6. Hirers must check the inventory of equipment on arrival and report any discrepancy at once. All breakage must be reported to the management.
  7. Hirers must undertake to keep their caravans and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition. The number of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
  8. Please note if having Visitors, the Maximum occupancy of our Caravans is 6 persons.
  9. Unless prior notice of late arrival has been given and acknowledged, the Management reserve the right to re-let the caravan if the hirer has not taken possession of same by 12.00 noon on the day following the arrival date.
  10. The site rules must be observed at all times, a copy of which will be issued on arrival.
